PRATHEEKSHA PROJECT SUPPORTS UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENTS WITH STUDY MATERIALS

FCDP and TMS under their social initiative’ Pratheeksha project’ distributed study materials to over 100 students from coastal fishermen families who are struggling financially. The project aims to provide educational assistance to these underprivileged children. Mrs. Agnes John, Chairperson of FCDP, welcomed everyone to the FCDP Hall. The honorable Mayor of Kollam, Mrs. Prasanna Earnest, inaugurated the ceremony by lighting a lamp. The Mayor honored students who secured high score in their examination and distributed study materials to deserving students from Don Bosco Children's Forum. Several dignitaries attended the ceremony, including Fr. Stephen Mukkattil, Fr. Jithin Sebastian, Mr. Tomy Napoleon, Mrs. Laticia Martin, Mr. Milton Stephen, and Fr. Thomas. FCDP-TMS staff members, Don Bosco Children's Forum coordinators, and animators were also present.
