FCDP recently concluded a one-week food processing training class, as part of WYEP Project held from March 31 to April 5 at Thangassery Cathedral Church Parish Hall. Expert trainer Ajay Shankar led the workshop, which attracted around 20 enthusiastic women participants. They gained hands-on experience in ingredient selection, preparation techniques, and preservation methods.Rev. Fr. Austin Pullimottill graced both the inaugural and valedictory functions, while Fr. Jithin Sebastian distributed certificates to the participants during the concluding ceremony. The participants appreciated the valuable learning experience provided by Ajay Shankar, FCDP, and the organizers. This training program is part of FCDP's efforts to promote women's empowerment and economic independence through skill development and entrepreneurship, enhancing employability and supporting economic advancement.
