THREE-MONTH BEAUTICIAN COURSE CONCLUDES

As part of the WE-LivE project, a three-month beautician course organized jointly by FCDP, Rotary Club of Quilon East, and Jan Shikshan Sansthan successfully concluded. Initiated as part of women empowerment efforts, this course aimed to enable women to start self-employment ventures and secure jobs in the beauty and wellness sector. With the potential for high income from minimal investment, this field helps women achieve financial independence and boosts their self-confidence. Additionally, it promotes entrepreneurship and enables a balance between family and work life. The closing ceremony was held on 27th November 2024 at the Kennedy Memorial Library Hall. Fr. Jithin Sebastian (Director, FCDP-TMS, FCDS) and Mrs. Najila (Resource Person) shared their congratulations and best wishes. The ceremony also featured various cultural performances by the students.
