Re-engaging Former Educators

On July 19, 2025, a gathering of former teachers was held to discuss potential ways to contribute to FCDP. Led by Director Fr. Saji and TMS Assistant Director Sr. Mary Scaria, the meeting resulted in a clear plan of action, including potential mentorship opportunities, educational program development, and resource mobilization strategies. This collaboration will not only benefit FCDP but also provide former teachers with a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The meeting highlighted the enthusiasm and commitment of former teachers to give back to the community, leveraging their experience and expertise to make a meaningful impact. By working together, FCDP can tap into the wealth of knowledge and skills that former teachers possess, ultimately enhancing the organization's programs and services.
