The Fishermen Community Development Programme (FCDP) organized a yoga class on November 4 at FCDP Hall, promoting holistic well-being in which 30 members participated. Mrs. Gretta Raju (Executive Manager, FCDP) welcomed the gathering, Sr. Mary K (Asst. Director, TMS) highlighted yoga's importance in maintaining physical and mental health. Mrs. Agnes John, (Chairperson, FCDP) presided over the function. While speaking, she emphasized the organization's commitment to the community's well-being. Certified instructor Mrs. Sumitha Sudhakar led the session, focusing on stress management, flexibility, and balance. The event helped participants unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with their inner selves. Mrs. Mini Mary delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all involved.
