Leadership Empowerment Program

As part of the WYEP Project, FCDP successfully conducted a leadership training session focused on self-entrepreneurship on July 18, 2025. The session was led by esteemed resource person Mrs. Sushamma and drew participation from 50 SHG leaders who actively engaged with the expert's insights and guidance, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to drive growth within their groups and communities. This training will enable them to make informed decisions and take bold steps towards achieving their goals. The interactive sessions and group discussions provided a platform for leaders to share their experiences and best practices, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collective growth. With this newfound knowledge, they are better equipped to tackle challenges and capitalize on opportunities, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of their communities. The training's impact is expected to be felt across various sectors, from economic empowerment to social welfare initiatives.
