CULTIVATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE: ORGANIC FARMING INITIATIVE IN VELLIMON

Organic farming has been initiated in Vellimon as part of the WE LivE project, under the guidance of FCDP. The program aims to promote organic farming practices and cultivate a healthier lifestyle for the future. Mrs. Joy (Assistant Agriculture Officer Kottarakkara) led a class on essential considerations for organic farming, including land preparation and cultivation techniques. 30 women attended the class, taking a significant step towards embracing organic farming as a means to a sustainable and healthy future.
