BUILDING CAPACITY, ENHANCING LIVES: FCDP'S WOMEN-FOCUSED INITIATIVES

Under the leadership of FCDP a Group Management workshop on September 15, 2024, was held at Pallithottam the class was led by Sr. Mary K. seventeen women participated, gaining valuable insights into effective group dynamics and leadership through sessions on team building, communication strategies, conflict resolution, leadership skills, and goal setting. Interactive discussions, group activities, and Sr. Mary's expertise enabled participants to develop essential skills for efficient group management and leadership. This FCDP initiative empowers women to lead and manage community groups, foster collaboration, drive social change, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
