Easter for Vishappinu Vida

Though the covid pandemic dampened the grandeur of Easter with external celebrations being reduced to minimum, for the beneficiaries of the food progam "Let us say no hunger", the day matched no other. It was a grand celebration indeed!

As part of 'Visappinu Vida', kits containing biryani, bedsheets and fruits were given to each of the 121 beneficiaries at their homes on Easter noon. Packages were prepared and taken for distribution at 11 o'clock by the team led by Mrs. Gretta Raju (Coordinator, FCDP) and Mrs. Mini Mary Gerald, (Coordinator, TMS). With the joint efforts of FCDP and TMS, this gift of love and care was delivered to everyone by 1.30 pm. It was absolutely moving to see 121 faces beaming with joy. To the well-wishers who helped this happen, we say "Thanks for those 121 smiles!!”
